Custom Orders: Looking for a different fabric or a fully bespoke design?

Custom fabric options are available upon request. Please contact us directly for custom pricing and lead times.

How long does shipping take?

Each bed is made to order. Please allow additional time for production before shipping. Once your bed is complete, shipping times will vary depending on your location.

What materials are the beds made of?

Our beds are crafted using premium bouclé fabric and orthopedic cushioning designed to support joints and promote restful sleep. Each bed is finished with a custom name tag made from designer fabric and detailed with hand chain-stitched embroidery.

Can I choose the patch fabric or embroidery color?

Patch fabrics and embroidery colors are carefully selected by the designer to complement each bed. At this time, color customization is not available.

Can I personalize the name tag?

Yes! Each bed includes a custom embroidered name tag. You will be able to enter your dog’s name when placing your order.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final. If you have questions before ordering, we’re happy to help - just reach out.

How do I clean the bed?

We recommend spot cleaning with a gentle fabric cleaner. For deeper cleaning, professional upholstery cleaning is recommended.
